South Australia (Aus) - Lockdown

We are currently working with all sporting organisations who are based in South Australia, Australia.

With the announcement of a lockdown (see - https://www.covid-19.sa.gov.au/), please refer to your association for the latest information and next steps on what is happening with matches scheduled over the next week.

A couple of things are important to note in relation to payments during this period:

• If you have paid for a match that is cancelled, these funds will be transferred to your next unpaid match. This will be finalised this week.
• You do not need to email or message in to confirm this, you will see a ‘Transfer Pending’ or ‘Transferred’ status on your match to show that payment will be applied to the next available match.
• If you have already paid for all matches for the season, we will communicate with you and your association directly to arrange refunds where necessary.
• In the event of any further extensions to the current lockdown, we will communicate further.
